How we use your information.

This notice explains what we collect when you use the Nyomo website and request access or ask to speak with us.

What we collect

• Your work email when you request access or ask to speak with a founder.
• Optional role and company-stage answers.
• The page, referrer, and UTM campaign parameters associated with your request.
• Aggregated page-view, referrer, country, device, and browser information through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or retain a cross-site identifier, and we do not attach this information to your lead record.

Why we use it

We use your request information to reply, understand which teams are interested in private access, and decide how to prioritize conversations. We do not use it to send a newsletter or unrelated marketing.

We use limited analytics to understand overall traffic and which outreach sources are useful. We measure lead conversions and campaign parameters from the requests you submit, not by sending your contact details to an analytics service.

Who handles it

We use Vercel for hosting, server functions, and aggregate web analytics; Supabase in an EU region for access-request records; Resend to send founder notifications; and Google Fonts for typography. Only the Nyomo founders and these providers can access information when needed to provide these services.

Retention and transfers

Unqualified request records are deleted within 24 months, sooner if you ask us to delete them. Lead records are stored in Supabase’s Paris region; hosting requests run in Vercel’s Paris function region; and notification email is sent through Resend’s Ireland region.

These providers may use companies or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer requires a legal safeguard, it is handled under the mechanism applicable to our account and the provider, including an adequacy decision where available or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where incorporated into the applicable agreement or data-processing addendum. Their published terms are available in the Vercel DPA, Supabase DPA, and Resend DPA.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information by emailing hello@getnyomo.com. Please write from the same email address so we can identify and respond to your request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
